This enables them to <strong>unleash maximum damage in close combat<\/strong>. Here\u2019s what&#8217;s new this time:<\/p>\n<ul data-active-class=\"release-block-anim__faded\">\n<li>All crews now <strong>operate at 100% efficiency<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The &#8222;major qualification level&#8221; has been <strong>renamed to &#8222;crew efficiency&#8221; for clarity<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Perk efficiency penalty when retraining for free or for credits<\/strong>\u2014gradually decreases with experience.<\/li>\n<li>Special <strong>retraining bonuses for newcomers<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Option to <strong>switch tanker qualification when retraining for credits<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div id=\"rebalancing\">\n<h2 data-active-class=\"release-block-anim__faded\">Tier\u00a0X Vehicle Rebalancing<\/h2>\n<p data-active-class=\"release-block-anim__faded\">Based on your feedback and our statistics, we identified four Tier X vehicles that required fine-tuning. The <strong>Pz.Kpfw. VII<\/strong> and <strong>AMX 50 Foch B receive performance boosts<\/strong>, while the <strong>Super\u00a0Conqueror<\/strong> and <strong>Controcarro 3 Minotauro<\/strong> get slight adjustments to <strong>make them less formidable<\/strong> opponents.<\/p>\n<p data-active-class=\"release-block-anim__faded\">To ensure consistency with the vehicles mentioned above, we&#8217;re also tweaking the performance of surrounding Tier VIII-IX French and Italian TDs in their branches.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div id=\"maps\">\n<h2 data-active-class=\"release-block-anim__faded\">Map Rebalancing<\/h2>\n<p data-active-class=\"release-block-anim__faded\">We&#8217;ve revamped five Random Battle maps to enhance gameplay comfort.
